The hotel is in a perfect location, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. The staff members are very polite and the service is fast. One of the best aspects of our stay was the heater facility, which kept us warm and comfortable during the chilly weather. the hotel offers a variety of room categories, allowing guests to choose based on their preferences. This was especially great as we were a group of three couples and one baby, and we all found suitable accommodations. the management of the hotel was commendable and we had a fantastic experience during our Christmas stay.
The only negative aspect we found was the high cost of the indoor games provided by the hotel. It would have been better if the prices were more reasonable, as it would have allowed us to enjoy the games without burdening our pockets.

We had a fantastic 4-day stay in this hotel. the location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the staff are polite and provide fast service, making us feel welcome and at home. the breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the facilities provided, such as the heater which kept us warm during the chilly evenings. the overall management of the hotel is commendable.
We found the prices for the indoor games to be a bit high.
